Conditions for the acceptance of work

Authors must accept the following conditions for original work submitted for incorporation and dissemination via the webpage of the Silene Documentation Centre:

1) The author(s) declare(s) that the document submitted is an original piece of work whose publication will not infringe any copyright belonging to a third person.

2) The author(s) or copyright holder(s) grant Silene the non-exclusive right to store, reproduce, publish and distribute the work submitted via the Silene Documentation Centre and its webpage (www.silene.es).

3) Silene will identify clearly on its webpage the name(s) of the author(s) of the document.

4) In order to ensure its preservation, Silene will store more than one copy of the document without changing it in any way.

5) In the Legal Note on the Silene webpage, it clearly states that the articles and communications that appear at www.silene.es are the property of the author(s) concerned and as such may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, publicly communicated, transformed or commercialised without the express authorisation of the author(s) or the copyright holder(s).

6) This agreement is binding for an indefinite period of time.
